1. Why can't I order less than 2 cartons or 2 kegs for home delivery?

Home delivery takes up resources and due to our fair pricing, we need to ensure reasonable efficiency for our delivery team. Draught beer requires the loan of specialised equipment and a technician to visit your premises to ensure everything is in perfect working order. A minimum order requirement of 2 kegs is not that much to ask for such great service!! A $50 surcharge will be imposed on a return keg of beer for the minimum order (2 kegs).

2. What if I only want to order one carton or one keg?

We offer very favorably priced Cash & Carry options for those who want to self-collect from our warehouse. Please contact us at telephone 6858 2338 during office hours for more details. For Cash & Carry a maximum order of 5 cartons per visit is allowed. We do not offer services for one keg of draught beer only - sorry!

3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You order will be delivered within two working days. Our PacBev personnel will be in touch with you within one working day to verify your order and to confirm the delivery arrangements. If you have not heard from us within two days it may be due to an unforeseen technical glitch with our on-line ordering system. Please contact us at telephone 6858 2338 during office hours.

4. What delivery information does BDTH need?

To deliver your order, we require a delivery date, time and delivery address. For draught beer, a date and time is required for collection. Please note: No delivery or collection on Sundays and Public Holidays. Email and mobile telephone numbers are required to confirm and follow-up on delivery details only - please check our privacy policies to ensure you are comfortable with our handling of your personal information. We will not send you emails unless it is directly connected with your order or unless you have chosen to opt-in to receiving our monthly newsletter. We will never send you any form of SMS marketing.

5. My delivery arrived but the order is not correct. What should I do?

In the event of receiving damaged products or incorrect delivery items/quantities, please keep them aside and intact and contact us immediately to make alternative arrangements. There can be no refund or exchange for products that have been opened and/or consumed.

6. What are the payment terms?

Payment must be made before the order is processed via Paypal using the online payment system via our website.
